I am an Assistant Professor, Art Director, Web Developer and Photographer living in Portland, Oregon. I received my BFA and MFA in Photography from the University of Nebraska and Indiana University respectively. I have been designing + conceptualizing  print and web material for 10+ years … I wear too many / just enough hats … you decide. :-)

I recently finished three years as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbia College in the Photography Department teaching Digital Imaging and Web Publishing courses.

In the summer of 2010 I relocated and joined the faculty at Portland State University as an Assistant Professor of Art (Interactive Design). I share teaching responsibilities with some incredibly talented designers and artists.

I have worked as a freelance Designer/Art Director at DRAFTFCB, JWT, United Airlines, Merchandise Mart, Protokulture, Coudal Partners, Glantz Design, UseAllFive and Bailey Lauerman.

Clients work includes: Target, Sears, Kmart, United Airlines, KFC, Qwest, Union Pacific Railroad, CIMRO Nebraska, Chicago Blackhawks, TimeXchange, along with various artists and small businesses.
